We are excited to introduce you to our latest addition: a 1961 Fender Stratocaster loaded with all of the Pre-CBS greatness you know and love – showcased here in its original Blond finish with a slab fretboard. If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that whenever a slab-board Stratocaster comes in, it’s quickly snatched up,  so we couldn’t be more pleased to have this piece available. The board is stark against the Blond finish, especially with those clay dots. This example has a worn-in, comfortable neck for easy playing, along with three balanced single-coil pickups, on top of being a resonant guitar to begin with! Thanks to a pro refret, this one plays as good as ever and holds so much fantastic warmth in its old wood. It has yellowed and checked over the years, taking on an aged Oly White look, though we promise you can see the Ash grain peering through in hand! This guitar comes in its original case, with a trio of assorted case accessories, including our all-time favorite pick box – “Take one you cheap bastard!”
