Boss half-rack phaser, an all-time great phase shifter. Rich, perfectly textured phasing. Three modes; my favorite is mode II, but you can get many different tones. Uses the awesome Roland IR3109 OTA/filter chip. "Modulation bus" for external control. Very nice cosmetic condition (see photos), tested, works great with no issues.
