About this listing
2017 PRS Custom 22 10-Top in gray-black finish that doesn't pop up on the used market often. Excellent condition. It's an absolute head-turner in person. Neck and fretboard are flawless. Updated PRS bone tuning buttons on open-gear phase iii tuners (original nickel buttons included). Very nice dark rosewood board. This is a beautiful playing guitar and has been one of my primary studio instruments since 2023. Body has a couple very small true blemishes that are hard to pick up with photos and unnoticeable unless you are closely inspecting the instrument: a small topcoat indent near bridge, and a small bubble chip on edge of the wood binding on bottom edge near the jack plate. Light play/handling marks on top/ mild play rash on back. It's been consistently played, but very well kept in a studio environment and is in incredible shape for the age. See photos for the best idea of condition. Pickups were updated to PRS TCI tuned 58/15 LT; original 85/15 pickups listed on the hangtag are not included in this sale. A couple of additional premium upgrades are included: Guilford Guitars rosewood backplate set that matches the headstock, and an upgraded PRS artist package Multi-fit case. These are heavier-duty cases with premium touches like upgraded interiors and stitched, padded handles. The cases are not available for individual purchase and I sourced it directly from a factory employee after they upgraded their employee guitar case (perk of living in MD close to PRS).I'm downsizing and motivated to sell. Reasonable offers considered and I'm happy to answer any questions/ provide specific detailed photos.
