This Gibson Les Paul Special with Mini Humbuckers is a Gibson exclusive that I bought direct from Gibson. It is a unique, fantastic looking guitar that plays and sounds great. It has been upgraded with Grover Locking Tuners. The Gibson Mini Humbucker pickups are sized to fit into the same sized pickup cavity as a P-90. They deliver low-noise humbucking pickup performance and a slightly brighter and more open tone than what is normally associated with standard Patent Applied For style humbucker pickups. They combine some of the brightness that P-90s are known for and some of the warmth of humbuckers, all while remaining hum-free. The guitar effortlessly covers everything from smooth jazz and sparkling cleans to rock crunch and classic high gain lead tones. The 50’s vintage neck profile, bound fretboard and 22 medium jumbo frets coupled with the articulate pickups make it a unique and extremely fun guitar to play. The guitar has been very well cared for. It has not left the house. It is in excellent shape with only very moderate wear from light play. It will ship with all the Gibson documentation, hardshell case and tools that came with it.Specifications·Year: 2026·Color: Natural·Body: Mahogany ·Finish: Gloss Nitrocellulose Lacquer ·Neck Material: Mahogany ·Neck Profile:50s Vintage·Fretboard Wood: Rosewood ·Number of Frets:22 ·Scale Length:24.75” ·Fingerboard Radius:12”·Neck and Bridge Pickups: Mini Humbucker ·Controls: 3 Way Switch, 2 Volume & 2 Tone Controls, hand-wired with Orange Drop Capacitors·Tuning Machines: Upgraded with Grover Locking Tuners ·Bridge: Wraparound·Hardware Type: Nickel·Case: Gibson Hardshell Case
