A snare drum believed to have been manufactured in 2005 based on the date stamp inside the shell. This is a model from DWfs classic Collectors Maple series, featuring a 10-ply maple shell with 6-ply reinforcement. The outer shell and reinforcement are finished with decorative veneer (presumably cedar?), and the outer shell features graphic inlays, creating a striking visual presence. The sound is woody and powerful, making it a great fit for a wide range of genres, including rock and pop! Aside from some scratches on the hardware, the screws and bolts securing the lugs inside the shell show significant rust, but this does not affect the sound, and the drum is still fully functional.
