The set-neck construction provides outstanding resonance and sustain while maintaining a comfortable, balanced feel. Alembic's active electronics produce a rich, articulate voice with exceptional note definition, powerful low end, and sparkling highs. Whether laying down tight grooves in the studio or performing live, the Orion offers a remarkably responsive playing experience with virtually limitless tonal possibilities.
Finished in Natural, the premium woods are beautifully showcased, highlighting Alembic's world-class fit and finish. Even nearly three decades after it was built, this bass remains an outstanding example of the quality that has made Alembic one of the most respected names in boutique bass guitars.
This bass is all original (OG) and comes complete with a Non-Original Hardshell Case (HSC).
Condition: 9.7/10 - Excellent. Shows only light play wear and remains remarkably clean for its age. There are no dings anywhere on the instrument. There is light wear on the back of the neck and beneath the neck pickup from normal playing. Overall, this is an exceptionally well-preserved Alembic.
