Product Description (B-Stock)Cleartone EQ Strings installedThe Seagull S6 Original is a Canadian-made dreadnought acoustic guitar renowned for its warm, rich tone, excellent build quality and outstanding playability. Designed as one of Seagull's flagship acoustic models, the S6 combines carefully selected tonewoods with a practical, player-focused design. The solid pressure-tested cedar top produces a warm and responsive tone with a crisp midrange, controlled low end and excellent dynamic range. The Canadian wild cherry back and sides complement the cedar top with a focused, balanced character, making the S6 equally suited to strumming, flatpicking and fingerstyle playing. The silver leaf maple neck is paired with a rosewood fingerboard and a comfortable 45.7mm nut width, providing plenty of room for fingerstyle playing while remaining comfortable for general acoustic work. The 25.5" scale and 16" fingerboard radius offer a familiar playing feel, while the integrated set-neck construction contributes to the guitar's stability and resonance. Graph Tech TUSQ is used for the nut and compensated saddle, helping provide accurate intonation across the fingerboard. The tapered headstock creates a straighter string path to the tuning machines, contributing to tuning stability.
