Featuring a square-shoulder body and a natural finish, this guitar belongs to the Southern Jumbo lineage. This era, marked by the introduction of lighter bracing, is renowned for its excellent resonance, and this instrument boasts a sound ideal for strumming, with standout midrange projection and excellent clarity. The adjustable saddle ensures a clear attack and a well-defined tone. The bass response is tight and manageable, with a character that wonft get lost in a band ensemble or recording environment. The narrow neck, with a nut width of approximately 40mm, offers excellent playability and suits modern players as well. This guitar is packed with the charm of a true COUNTRY WESTERN model, prioritizing practicality and understated elegance over flashiness. It is a gpractical Gibsonh that combines vintage-style character with the ease of use for everyday playing. Weather checking is visible throughout. Since there were areas on the body side where the finish had peeled off, we have applied a new coat of lacquer since it arrived. The adjustable bridge and frets appear to have been replaced. While it shows signs of wear appropriate for its age, the neck is in perfect condition and plays well.
