Blending classic Fender elements with some unexpected touches, this guitar offers a versatile sound that ranges from smooth, ringing clarity to gritty, powerful drive.This Strat features a select roasted alder body. This piece of alder has been hand selected due to its lightweight nature and then roasted to enhance its stability and resonance. The body feature a faded lake placid blue nitrocellulose lacquer, when has been carefully aged by the Fender Custom Shop team. This guitars ageing level is relic so you can expect to see lots of lacquer checking, dings, and wear across the guitar.The Ariel Posen Strat also features a 2A flame maple neck, which is a great aesthetic touch. Flame maple looks awesome and perfectly matches this guitars theme. With a 1969 U neck profile, round-laminated rosewood fingerboard, 9.5 radius, 21 45085 frets, and mother of pearl dot inlays, this guitar both feels and looks the part. This neck is overall really comfortable, and allows for quick and easy movements.One of the most exciting features on this awesome Strat is the custom designed AP-90 pickups. These custom pickups were designed in tandem with Fenders legendary pickup designer, Tim Shaw, to capture both the nuanced warmth and clarity of a vintage Jazzmaster neck pickup and the powerful midrange bite of classic soapbar bridge pickups. They are super dynamic and are full with tonal possibilities. This Strat also features custom Caballo Férreo (master volume, master tone) wiring.With a vintage-style hardtail bridge, vintage-style tuners, 59-64 era string tree, and a bone nut, this guitar features high-quality hardware you can rely on no matter the situation.This guitar ships in a deluxe hardshell case, and features a Moody Leather Ariel Posen signature strap, The Rock Slide Ariel Posen signature brass slide, Dunlop Ariel Posen picks and a Fender Custom Shop certificate of authenticityThis guitar will begin production from February 2026, please get in contact with us for more details or an up to date ETA.
