About this listing
For sale or best offer is a 2012 Fender FSR American Vintage 72 Telecaster Thinline with a black finish. This limited edition Tele was one of Fender's Special Runs. Its maple neck has an awesome-feeling shape, somewhere between a C and a soft V profile, with a 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets. Its semi-hollow body is loaded with a pair of Wide Range Humbuckers that sound great. This round of guitars had a reputation for being on the dark-side tonally, so its potentiometers were changed to 500K to brighten it up a touch. Its original 250k pots are included in its case. It's in good shape with some scratches and dings and a spot where maybe a sticker once was. There are some small chips around its tuner posts, evidence of different tuners having been installed at some point. It's a monster player and weighs just 7 lbs, 8 oz.It has been professionally setup and comes with its original hardshell case and bridge cover. Please feel free to ask any questions or call us for an in-hand description!
