Fender 50th Anniversary American Standard Stratocaster – Limited Edition #1416 of 2500 – USA 1996For sale is my Fender 50th Anniversary American Standard Stratocaster, a limited edition USA-made model built in 1996 to celebrate Fender’s 50th anniversary. This guitar is individually numbered #1416 of only 2500 produced worldwide and features the commemorative gold anniversary neck plate.Finished in a beautiful Antique Burst over a figured/flamed maple veneer, this Strat has a stunning appearance that stands out from a standard American Stratocaster of the same era.The guitar is in excellent condition for its age (almost 30 years old). It has been well cared for throughout its life and only shows a few small cosmetic marks and light scratches consistent with normal use and age. There are no structural issues, repairs, or breaks. It was professionally set up one month ago and currently plays great with 10–46 strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod functions correctly, and the guitar is comfortable and reliable across the entire fretboard.SpecificationsMade in USA (Corona, California)Year: 1996Limited Edition Fender 50th Anniversary ModelSerial Number: S1416 of S2500Alder body with figured/flamed maple veneerAntique Burst finishMaple neckRosewood fingerboard22 medium jumbo frets9.5” fingerboard radiusModern “C” neck profileGold hardware2-point synchronized tremolo bridge3 USA Fender single-coil pickups5-way selector switchAnniversary gold neck plateThis is a fantastic player’s guitar and a collectible piece of Fender history, combining the feel of a mid-’90s American Standard with unique anniversary appointments and limited production numbers.Feel free to contact me for additional photos or information.
