A three-way rotary switch provides the pickup selections and a push pull volume control accesses the dual voicing modes. The select flame maple top combined with an Australian Blackwood back provides the Custom Line Metal Machine with a distinct character and tonality. It has a sweet and focused midrange, with a clear and punchy low end topped off with a glassy high-end shimmer. A 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck and through body stringing adds rock-solid stability with increased projection and sustain. The 2023 Caparison Custom Line TAT-Special FX Metal Machine is unleashedSpecificationsBody Shape: TAT SpecialBody Top: Master Grade Flame Maple (TAT Curve)Body Back: Australian BlackwoodBridge: Gotoh GE-103 B-TTailpiece: Through Body StringingNeck Joint: Neck-Through (Slant Heel)Neck Material: 5-Piece Maple/WalnutNeck Grip: CaparisonFingerboard Material: Ebony with White BindingFingerboard Radius: R350 to R400Scale Length: 648mm (25 1/2")Nut Width: 42mmNo. Of Frets: 27Fret Type: Jescar Stainless Slim FretsNut: Graph Tech Black TUSQPosition Inlay: ClockHeadstock: Devil's Tail With “Custom Line” Logo, White BindingHead Angle: 15 DegreesMachine Heads: Heads: Gotoh MG-T Locking TunersBridge Pickup: Fishman Fluence Ceramic Killswitch EngageControls: Master Volume (Pull for Voice 2)Head Top Finish: Moon BurstNeck Finish: Urethane MattBody Finish: Moon BurstHardware: Gotoh Cosmo BlackTuning: Drop C Tuning (1:D, 2:A, 3:F, 4:C, 5:G, 6:C) Strings: RotoSound RH-10 (010-052)Case/Gig Bag: Reunion Blues Continental CaseDesigned by Caparison Guitars in JapanMADE IN JAPAN
