The overall condition is good to very good and playable for an intermediate instrument. The valves require new caps and will be shipped with your purchase at your request. Likewise there is denting to the bell which can be repaired before or after shipping at your preference. For an intermediate instrument, it would make sense to deliver this to a music shop that can fix the bell on arrival, and add the new valve caps; or it can be done in advance. The choice is left to repair it yourself with a discount on price for normal cost of rectifying the bell.
