Plaud Intelligence converts conversations into searchable text whilst automatically recognising speakers. Customised vocabulary helps with technical terms, names or industry-specific language.

Dual mode for phone calls and face-to-face conversations

The Plaud Note supports two recording modes. In phone mode, it attaches magnetically to a smartphone and records calls. In presence mode, it records conversations in the room, making it ideal for meetings, interviews or on-site appointments.

Recordings can be managed, transcribed, exported and further processed via the Plaud App, Plaud Web and Plaud Desktop.
