Shure XLR Wollensak Space Age B-162-4 Harp Mic 1956 Chrome / White

This beautiful space-age style Wollensak mic made by Shure has a standard screw socket for a stand on the bottom and has been outfitted with a modern metal male XLR (balanced input) plug. The mic only has two wires, so its output isn't balanced (negative and ground are wired together), but you can plug it into your modern amp with ease. If you see this model number in other listings online, it usually will not fit into your amplifier without modification because they were sold with a stubby proprietary plug. This one will fit right in! This vintage mic was designed in 1956 and manufactured for a decade. It sounds really good and is LOUD LOUD LOUD.
