You are looking at a Roland pad/snare mount, comes with a ball joint rod for easy adjustment. This is a slide on mount which is common on MDS-9 and 12 racks, but is also compatible with all Roland 1.5” diameter racks.
Please Note: This is the newer MDS-9V ball joint mount.
