AER Basic Performer is a German combo amp designed for acoustic bass that also works well with electric. Has four eight inch double cone speakers each with a 60 watt solid state amplifier. The sound is totally transparent providing excellent amplification for your bass that does not color the sound in any way. Multiple inputs and outputs for every conceivable need with five tone shaping controls, channel mutes, phantom power, frequency, notch filter, compression, etc. This amp has been used primarily as my practice amp that I have only used a few times for small to medium gigs where it was flawless. Read the reviews online, it is an amazing amp in a small package that provides plenty of clear distinct bass. Absolutely brand new looking with no visual or working faults. Perfect. Includes padded slip on case. New MSRP is $2,400.
