This is a Thunderbird-style bass, manufactured by Burny (Fernandes) in 1995-1999.
Simple, yet powerful: you get an active 9V preamp, 2 pickups (the neck pickup being a retrofitted EMG pickup), and... 1 volume knob. Plug it into an amp and rock out - no 'let me get the right tone' struggle :)
This Norio Toshiro signature sounds HUGE both clean and distorted. Would be great for heavier genres, but would work in any other scenario - again, the tone is in your hands this time.
The condition is good: there are cosmetic issues (see the pictures), and the truss rod is bottomed out - the strings sit medium-low, allowing for an absolutely comfortable action and little to no buzz, but keep this fact in mind. The frets have some meat, and this bass will last a long time.
