DW 9710XIL Straight Cymbal Stand: Precision Stability for the Modern Pro

Introducing the DW 9710X, the next evolution of the industry-standard 9000 Series. Purpose-built for the most demanding gigs, the 9000X series redefines flexibility and speed. This straight cymbal stand is engineered to provide a rock-solid foundation while offering revolutionary new features that make setup and teardown faster than ever before.

Revolutionary InnerLock™ Memory System

The 9710X features DW’s most advanced height and positioning technology to date:

• InnerLock™ Internal Memory Locks: A complete redesign of the memory lock system. These internal locks provide a sleek look and a 100% repeatable setup without the bulk of external clamps.
• Toothless Tilter with Techlock: Achieve infinite angle adjustment with the smooth, toothless tilter. The secondary Techlock drum key locking system ensures your cymbal stays exactly where you set it, even under heavy hitting.
• Quick-Release Wingnuts: Engineered to save precious time during transitions, these wingnuts allow for instant cymbal changes without the hassle of threaded removal.

Ultra-Rigid Modular Design

Built for pro performance and long-term durability in any playing environment:

• Ultra-Rigid Tripod Base: Oversized heavy-gauge tubing and a wide tripod footprint deliver unmatched stability, eliminating wobble during aggressive performances.
• MOD Tripod Compatible: Fully compatible with the optional MOD Tripod Counterweight System, allowing you to add ballast to the base of the stand for ultimate grounding.
• Studio-Quiet Performance: Features plastic tube insulators inside the heavy-duty tubing to eliminate rattling—a necessity for close-mic recording applications.

• Construction: Heavy-gauge steel with professional chrome plating.
