This input also serves as the Neural Capture input, making it easy to capture an amp, run vocals or track a demo. On the back of the Quad Cortex Mini, you will find balanced outputs for front-of-house and studio monitors, stereo effects loops, expression control, headphone monitoring and comprehensive MIDI connectivity. The I/O is designed to adapt to and enhance your setup, whether you’re building a compact rig or a more complex system. At its core is the Focus System, where the Rotary Footswitches act as physical controls for browsing models and adjusting parameters. This enables users to dial in sounds by ear without needing to stare at the screen, making it a quick and intuitive process. Pages add another layer of control without increasing the hardware footprint. The first page provides the main footswitch assignments, while a footswitch revealed on the second page offers more controls. This allows users to access more functionality while ensuring existing Quad Cortex presets behave as expected, making it ideal for performances. Quad Cortex mini supports Preset, Scene, Stomp and Hybrid modes. Preset mode is great for switching between different sounds, Scene mode allows changes within a single preset, Stomp mode provides direct control over individual effects, and Hybrid mode lets you assign different Modes to each footswitch row. The Gig View mode provides a large text, clear visual high-contrast, performance-ready layout. The Opposite Page Preview allows users to see the Page 2 assignments at a glance.
