About this listing
Custom shop MXR MX-101 Script Phase 90 s/n AA99K180 USA.At BEP ( Boutique Effect Pedals ) we have bought many collections ofeffect pedals. In one batch we found a beautiful fake MXR 120 Envelope Filter and this MXR Phase 90 Script Logo with serial number AA99K180. Analogman Mike has written an article about the fake MXR 120 Envelope Filter, which is online and was retrieved by our in-house Electro wizard. We've asked Mike to confirm this is a fake remake or an official re-issue of the MXR Phase 90 Script Logo pedal. The backplate is missing the melted in MXR Logo, just like the MXR 120. The official re-issue by MXR do have the MXR logo melted in the backplate. Luckily Analogman confirmed after receiving detailed photo's this is a re-issue by MXR. We are willing to include correspondence after sales andunder privacy restrictions only.So NOT manufactured between 1972 -1975 but probably around late 2000.It sounds really good, and because it's an absurd object we still think it holds some value. Thoroughly tested and in perfect working order.
