About this listing
This 1965 Gibson F-25 Folksinger was purchased from Atlanta Vintage Guitars in 2023 for $3,800 and was in mint condition at the time of purchase. It remains in fabulous condition, with only a tiny bit of wear from being played and moved around. It features a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, and a wide 2-inch nut.Sound: Warm, rich, woody, and beautifully balanced, with a clear, slightly dry vintage Gibson tone, strong projection, and excellent note definition. It sounds especially beautiful for fingerpicking, folk, country, blues, gospel, and singer-songwriter music.A relatively uncommon Gibson model from the 1960s, the F-25 is a wonderful vintage instrument with a distinctive sound and character.
