Includes the gate-to-trig modification

The Prism Circuits TKB (Touch-Activated Keyboard Sequencer) is a 16-stage, four-row control voltage and pulse generator built around capacitive touch sensing. Each stage provides independent CV and gate outputs, enabling complex sequencing, manual step addressing, transposition, and real-time performance control. Originally designed by Serge Tcherepnin in the 1970s, the TKB is prized for its immediacy, flexibility, and deep integration with modular patch-programming systems—making it a powerful centerpiece for expressive, hands-on synthesis.

Includes a 24V Meanwell Power Supply

Inspired by the classic Serge Modular TKB, this DIY touch-activated keyboard sequencer uses capacitive touch plates to generate control voltages and gates. It can be played as an expressive performance keyboard or configured as a flexible step sequencer. With a strong focus on tactile interaction and patch-based programmability, the module favors open-ended experimentation over fixed sequencing structures
