1960 Vintage Gibson EB-O EB-2 EB-3 Victoria Hard Shell Bass Case

A really RARE Gibson Bass Guitar Case!

This is the Victoria made Gibson Case that was made for the Gibson EB-O, EB-2 and EB-3 Bass Guitars. Proudly made in the USA!

The case is well used as you can see. Its been banged around for many years but still holding together. Could use some glue in the butt end but still all together. All 4 latches work, two of the three hinges are working...the one is broken ..it will need replacing ..see pic 9. The Accessory box is still with it as is the original handle. Even the bottom metal feet are all still with this cool bass case. The Victoria Case Company label is still with this case. Very cool! See pic 11.

Gibson made the EB series of basses from 1958 thru 1961 then again from 1964 thru 1972. No way of telling which year this case is from. With the Yellow interior, it should be one of the early ones.

The 335 is for example of the bass fitting in the case. the body of the 335 is the same as the EB-O at 16 inches wide. You can see the extra length on the case from this example. The guitar is not included in the sale of the case. Example only.

The case measures on the inside dimensions at 16 inches wide by 47 inches long.

Beautiful but sold as is no returns as its used and vintage. Thanks for respecting that.
