Meinl SB135 Hybrid 8A Maple Drum Sticks – Versatile Medium Sticks for Dynamic Playing The Meinl SB135 8A drum sticks deliver versatility and precision for drummers who move between genres and performance contexts. Constructed from hard maple grown and manufactured in Germany, these medium-weight sticks feature a hybrid tip design that transitions from an acorn shape to a classic barrel profile, producing warm, articulate tones on cymbals while maintaining definition across the kit. The extended length and long taper provide responsive rebound and quick stick recovery—ideal for executing fast passages and deep, controlled grooves. Built for consistency, every pair undergoes rigorous weight and pitch matching to ensure identical feel and performance every time you reach for your sticks. This dedication to precision means no surprises between pairs, allowing you to focus entirely on your playing rather than compensating for stick variations. Key Features
