This is a parametric equalizer from the legendary Japanese brand "Rozz" from the 1980s!
While "Rozz" may sound like "Boss" or "Ross," it's actually a Milano Electronics brand. While they're known for their slightly larger delay boxes and tone banks, they also produced compact models like this one. While BOSS has stopped producing compact parametric equalizers, Yamaha is the only Japanese manufacturer that can match. This is an extremely rare model, highly regarded internationally.
