Condition Note regarding Electronics: The under-saddle piezo pickup requires grounding work to function properly, but the internal microphone works perfectly through the preamp and standard 1/4" output jack. Personally, I have always preferred capturing the acoustic tone of this instrument with an external live microphone rather than relying on internal piezos anyway. In fact, I used an external mic setup with this exact Oud to record professional-grade tracks for a BMG TV production, and its natural resonance translates beautifully to a studio mix.

The solid Walnut body delivers a deep, resonant tone, while the flatback design ensures maximum comfort during long playing or recording sessions. The mechanical guitar-style pegs are a massive advantage for crossover players, offering smooth, slip-free, and hassle-free tuning.
