The Tascam 102 has Dolby HX PRO for extended high frequency performance while keeping distortion to its lowest point.

This performance improvement will be noticed while playing the tape back on any deck and the Dolby B/C NR will make your demo tape compatible with any standard HiFi cassette deck.

The 102 has Auto tape type selection so that the record electronics automatically adjust and optimize for any standard tape formulation allowing maximum performance.

Rec/Mute auto spacer will automatically put a consistent 4 second space between the songs for a more polished demo tape and the tape run time counter will indicate exactly how long each song is in minutes and seconds.
