Clouds is a granular audio processor. It creates textures and soundscapes by combining multiple overlapping, delayed, transposed and enveloped segments of sound taken from an audio recording buffer.

Clouds differs from other granular Eurorack modules in that it focuses on the real-time processing of audio sources from your modular system itself, rather than the playback of pre-recorded samples from a storage device. It rewards the freezing, fragmentation and dissolution of the unexpected instant, rather than the careful planning of what might very well not come.

Built using only high quality components in the official BOM, sourced from Mouser. The PCB is manufactured to a high spec and has a unique white coating.
It has a lovely, durable aluminium panel, with minimal mono print.

It's fitted with genuine davies-style knobs on the bottom and extra large MXR style knobs on the top. They do slightly overlap the print, but they make it easier to fine tune & tweak than smaller knobs.

Please note, the gain control uses a different potentiometer to the other controls, as such a nut cannot be fitted to the shaft. This is not a manufacturing error - this is just how the module is designed.

This is by far my favourite module, it's easy to start using, but has lots of depth, with just a single audio source and nothing else you can create a massive range of sounds. If you've not heard clouds before, it's hard to explain what it can do, I strongly recommend a little wander around Youtube to get an idea of some of the things it can do.
