Schecter Corsair Bass in Metallic Gold

Schecter Corsair Bass in Metallic Gold

The Schecter Corsair settles into your hands with a slim, fast neck profile that makes fretboard navigation effortless across any playing style. This semi-hollow design delivers punchy, articulate highs paired with warm, woody lows that cut through any mix without sacrificing musicality. The active EMG electronics respond intuitively to your dynamics, translating everything from aggressive slap technique to delicate fingerstyle into clear, defined tone.

Playability & Construction

The 3-piece maple neck with carbon fiber reinforcement and thin "C" profile provides both stability and comfort during extended playing sessions. An ebony fingerboard with pearloid block inlays and 20 narrow X-jumbo frets offers precision and visual distinction, while the 34" scale length and arched maple body with cream multi-ply binding create a balanced, resonant platform for your technique.

Tone & Electronics

Dual EMG TBHZ pickups in neck and bridge positions feed into a responsive active control system featuring master volume, blend, and 2-band EMG active EQ to shape your sound with precision. The 9-volt clip-in battery compartment powers these electronics reliably, while chrome hardware with Tune-O-Matic bridge and tailpiece ensures stable tuning and sustain across the full range.
