The Audient Horizon 8P is a 24-in, 32-out Thunderbolt 3 audio interface featuring eight Audient console mic preamps with AURA Control variable impedance. With 32-bit conversion, 133dB dynamic range, and 0.99ms round-trip latency, the Horizon 8P offers a complete, console-quality recording front-end in a single rack unit, ideal for the producer or studio looking to capture recordings with true analog character and headroom.

The eight authentic Audient console preamps, based on the circuit design from the ASP8024-HE console, give every source a truly analog character and 75dB of crystal-clear, low-noise gain. AURA Control rearranges the impedance of each preamp in hardware, ensuring that ribbon, dynamic, and condenser microphones are optimally tuned right at the source.

When the session transitions to mixing, eight DB25 line inputs bring your outboard gear directly into the signal path. Thanks to 32-bit conversion, 133dB dynamic range, and 0.99ms round-trip latency, recording and monitoring via native plug-ins proceed without noticeable delay. Horizon Control keeps routing, monitoring, and four cue mixes within easy reach from a single, clear panel.

Welcome to the new standard.
