Available for the first time from Gibson's Nashville Custom Shop the 1962 ES-330 Reissue revives a legendary fully hollow design with period-correct specs and vintage aesthetics.

Key Specifications & Build

• Body & Construction: Fully hollow thinline body crafted from three-ply maple/poplar/maple withno centre block for a lively, highly resonant acoustic response (making it an ultimate "couch guitar").

• Neck: One-piece mahogany neck featuring a slimmer, comfortable SlimTaper™ 60s C profile. Joins the body at the 16th fret for optimized bridge placement.

• Fingerboard: Bound rosewood fretboard with 22 authentic medium jumbo frets and cellulose small-block inlays.

• Electronics: Powered by a balanced set of P-90 pickups with black Dogear covers (an underwound neck pickup with an Alnico 5 magnet and a standard bridge pickup with an Alnico 3 magnet). Hand-wired with CTS® pots, paper-in-oil capacitors, and a Switchcraft® toggle switch.

• Hardware: Nickel VOS-finished hardware featuring a Historic no-wire ABR-1 bridge, a trapeze tailpiece, a nylon nut, Kluson® Deluxe tuning machines, and black Top Hat knobs with silver inserts.

• Aesthetics & Extras: Finished in a gloss nitrocellulose lacquer with a multi-ply ES-330 pickguard. Ships securely in a Lifton™ hardshell case.
