Overview
The Wunder Audio CM67 is a large diaphragm tube condenser microphone patterned after the classic Neumann U 67. The CM67 uses a K67-style capsule, NOS EF86 tube, and custom-wound output transformer manufactured by AMI. As in the original U 67, the CM67's output transformer is specially wound to attenuate the capsule's inherent high frequency rise.
Whereas the U 67 had 3 selectable polar patterns on the headbasket of the mic, the CM67 has 9 selectable patterns located on the power supply.
