Up for sale is an estate found Pioneer SX-717 stereo receiver mounted in its original walnut cabinet. These receivers were produced between 1972-1974 and known for producing up to 195 watts of power into 4 ohms, having two tape monitor circuits, a linear FM dial scale and supreme versatility. It features a direct-coupled power amplifier, a frequency response of 7Hz to 80kHz, can support up to three speaker pairs and is SOLIDY built. Versatility is the keynote of this attractively-designed unit that handles up to two tape decks, two turntables, three pairs of speaker systems and a microphone. some material from the wood cabinet is piling please check all the pictures for the unit condition. Everything seems to be working fine. Inputs, switches, knobs etc all work as they should. Everything lights up as it should and when you switch to the tuner input the Signal and Tuning meters both light up and work correctly. Cosmetically this unit is good but some scratches on the wood cabinet. There are some nicks along the top hard edge but other than that its looks great. some scratches on the cabinet and all the lettering is nice and clean. some light scratches to the glass. There are lots of detailed pictures along so what you see if what you get. Here is my fine print: I have been in the electronics business basically all my life and do this for fun. I love finding the good stuff, passing it on and bringing great sounding audio back to life. I test all the components and my descriptions are very accurate and done to the best of my ability at time of sale. Some of the items are upwards of 50 years old now so all electronics are sold as is with no returns. We do a great job packing (look at our feedback) and insure everything at full value.
