This unit was never used and removed from it's plastic for these pictures. The battery is still wrapped in plastic. 40th Anniversary Limited Edition model of the classic TS-808 in ruby red sparkle. Much of what makes the original Ibanez TS808 so smooth, sweet, and full is the JRC4558D IC chip that Ibanez spec'd it out with. Fortunately, Ibanez managed to put the same chip and analog circuitry into the TS808 40th Anniversary Tube Screamer. The end result? It sounds amazing.
