Ladies and gentlemen, please meet BUZZ Harmonic Violator HV-1 fuzz – clone of the legendary Interfax Harmonic Percolator, popularized by Steve Albini. This is a hand-made fuzz, replicating the exact scheme of the original Harmonic percolator. In this fuzz, I used soviet D310 diodes - full analog of 1n695, PN3565 Si transistors are analogous to 2n3565, only cased in a TO-92 enclosure, and soviet MP16B Ge transistors, great sounding and the closest replacement for 2n404, Silver Mica and Roederstern MKT1813 caps, carbon composition resistors.
The pedal also features 9 volt power socket, with negative tip, also internally, a connector for a 9 volt battery.
Please refer to the attached video for examples of tone.
