Made in Japan in 1983, this Ibanez Destroyer II DT-100 is a classic vintage X-Series model, finished in striking Fire Red.
The guitar is in very good condition, with only small dings on the tips of the body (as pictured) and light signs of normal use. Overall, it presents very well for its age.
It features a bolt-on construction with a 25.5" scale, built from a basswood body with a birch top, paired with a maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets.
Equipped with a brass tremolo bridge, the guitar offers solid sustain and a unique vintage feel. The original pickup has been upgraded to a Fishman Fluence Classic humbucker, delivering modern clarity, versatility, and higher output, making this instrument equally suited for contemporary playing styles.
A great blend of vintage Ibanez design and modern tone, this Destroyer is both a collectible and a highly usable player.
I am offering great instruments and provide quick and professional service, please check my feedback!
