For sale is a complete Bare Knuckle Pickups Apache SSS prewired Stratocaster-style pickguard assembly, featuring the optional zinc-plated steel baseplate on the bridge pickup.

The set is used but well preserved, in very good cosmetic condition and fully functional. All three pickups, controls and the 5-way selector switch work perfectly.

Tone and character

The Apache set is inspired by the warm, full-bodied tone of early 1950s Stratocaster pickups.

Expect deep, rounded lows, rich midrange, bell-like highs and excellent dynamic response.

The bridge pickup features Bare Knuckle's optional zinc-plated steel baseplate. This enhances bass response and slightly softens the upper frequencies, producing a fuller, punchier bridge tone with more body and warmth than a conventional Strat single-coil.

A particularly useful upgrade for players who find traditional Strat bridge pickups too thin or bright.

Excellent for blues, classic rock, jazz, country and vintage-inspired tones.

Condition

Used, but in very good cosmetic condition and technically flawless.

The pickguard and plastic components show normal signs of use. The complete assembly is shown in the detailed photographs, including the rear wiring, shielding and bridge pickup baseplate.

Installation
