OPTIMA 1747.M 24K Gold Acoustic Guitar Strings, Medium 13-57. OPTIMA GOLD STRINGS: plated with real 24 karat gold, which makes them resistant to tarnish and corrosion. The maker states they last up to three times longer than ordinary strings and are suitable for players with a nickel allergy. Brilliant tone, the 'Sound of Gold'. E1 and B2 are high-grade nickel-plated steel wire coated with real gold; G3 to E6 have a tin-plated hexagonal steel core wrapped with gold-plated wire. Developed and handmade in Germany by OPTIMA (maker states 100% Made in Germany).
