This is a set featuring the legendary AKAI EWI1000 wind synthesizer controller and the EWV2000 analog sound module.
The following maintenance has been done:
・EWI1000
Breath sensor disassembly and adjustment (corrected metal plate misalignment)
Vibrato sensor repair (replaced broken plastic screw)
Breath tube replaced (with guard spring)
Operational check via test play
・EWV2000
Backup battery replacement (soldered a Panasonic tabbed battery)
Reset to factory presets (verified)
Operational check via test play
Included accessories:
Controller cable, power cable, and case
With the breath sensor adjusted for a wide dynamic range and the battery replaced, this unit is ready for reliable use.
