Here’s a Gretsch Electromatic Double Jet with Bigsby, made in China in 2010. This guitar has a striking metallic gold top, dark back and sides, a pearloid Gretsch pickguard, and classic Gretsch appointments. Its double-cutaway body and Bigsby vibrato give it a distinctive look and a broad range of playing character.
The guitar is fitted with two Gretsch mini-humbucker pickups, a three-way pickup selector, volume and tone controls, and an anchored Adjusto-Matic-style bridge paired with a Bigsby vibrato tailpiece. The mahogany neck has a bound rosewood fingerboard with Gretsch-style thumbnail inlays and 22 frets.
Condition: Near mint overall. The guitar presents beautifully, especially from the front. There are a few small, light surface marks on the back and around the rear plastic cover; please review the photos for these details. The instrument is offered with a new GEWA electric-guitar gig bag. No hard case is included.
