The RD Compact Hot Rod is an analog 100 % overdrive pedal that recreates the behavior of a "hot-rodded" tube amp, with more gain, sustain, and aggression than the classic RevivalDRIVE Compact. It covers everything from light crunch to heavy, modified Marshall/Plexi-style drive, while remaining highly dynamic and responsive to attack. Its circuitry replicates the preamp, phase inverter, and power amp stages, complete with sag, amp/speaker feedback, and variable negative feedback. The Blend control allows you to mix the clean and drive signals, while the Post-Drive EQ lets you fine-tune it to your amp's tone.
