Boss SD-1W Super OverDrive Waza Craft analog overdrive pedal in the classic yellow finish.I bought this pedal new and have never used it. It has not even been plugged in by me. It was stored in its original protective bag and was removed for the photographs. Because I have not tested it myself before listing, it is sold as photographed and described.The SD-1W is the premium Waza Craft version of the classic Boss SD-1 Super OverDrive. It uses an all-analog discrete amplifier circuit and provides two selectable modes. Standard mode delivers the traditional mid-focused SD-1 overdrive character, while Custom mode provides an expanded tonal range with additional gain, low-end body, warmth, and sustain. The pedal has controls for Level, Tone, and Drive, together with an S/C mode switch for selecting Standard or Custom operation. It can be used as a standalone overdrive or as a boost in front of an already overdriven amplifier.The pedal itself is in excellent cosmetic condition. The yellow enclosure, graphics, knobs, mode switch, LED lens, pedal switch, input and output sockets, power socket, rubber base, labels, and battery compartment all appear intact. There is no Velcro attached and no evidence that it has been mounted on a pedalboard.The original Boss box, protective plastic bag, and paperwork shown in the photographs are included. The box has some visible storage wear, including surface scratches, small creases, corner wear, and minor dents.
