Vintage original 1980 Gibson ES-335S Firebrand solidbody electric.

Produced between 1980 and 1983, featuring a double-cutaway ES-335 style body designed for greater sustain and feedback resistance.

It is characterized by its "firebranded" (heat-stamped) Gibson logo on the headstock, with a solid mahogany body/neck (Custom) or maple (Standard), and typically equipped with high-output Dirty Fingers humbuckers.

The 335-S Custom (Firebrand) features a Solid mahogany body, 3-piece set mahogany neck, unbound rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, and exposed "Dirty Fingers" humbuckers.

Because it is a solid body rather than semi-acoustic, the 335-S offers a different sound than the traditional ES-335, providing a "gutsy" crunch often compared to an SG, suitable for rock, blues, and high-gain playing.

This is a real nice example, all original and playing great.

Comes with a nice Gretsch hardshell case that fits it well.
