20" Modified Zildjian Avedis Paper Thin Ride 1755gr (VIDEO)

Cymbal modification on a 20" Zildjian Avedis Ride. With this one we went quite far in reducing the weight, for the sake as an experiment as well. It's by far the lightest 20" modification we've done so far, with a new weight of only 1755 grams. This one has also been hand hammered like the others as well. 

You can hear the lathing is still fresh, so the cymbal is a bit wild when being played louder, so it needs to break in a little more and will get better with a bit of patina and dirt on it, but once it does, it's gonna be an absolute killer! It already is amazing, with a great glassy bright stick definition and a beautiful wash. There's some complexity to it due to the hand hammering, but not too much so it rain;t gonna be to dominant in the overall profile of the cymbal.
