Incredible souding Fuzz Face inspired pedal with really musical decay and great cleanup. Made one at a time by me, with 1/2W Carbon Comp resistors, axial NOS Philips BC and Panasonic capacitors and carefully selected germanium transistor. The stock transistor selection is optimized for tropical climate (hence the fuzz name) with really low current leakage so your fuzz remains stable and great sounding even in hot days on outdoor gigs. I have a great selection of Japanese (Toshiba, Hitachi, Matsushita), European and Soviet transistors and if you have any specific needs for hFE, leakage and gain selection, send me a message and I’ll build you one that fills your needs. You can also choose a silicon version, I have BC107/108/109/183, vintage Epoxy Dot and all sorts of good stuff.

The circuit also comes with an onboard input trim so you can fine-tune your clean up abilities to suit your instrument.

It runs both on 9v batteries and power supply (make sure you use a ISOLATED one, since it’s polarity is reversed if you go with the Germanium option.
