About this listing
This is a gorgeous late 50’s Martin. This guitar plays perfect, the neck is straight, smooth, frets are even and the action is low (2.85mm at 12th fret) but not buzzing at all! Crystal clear! Comes with an EKL hard shell case (like new) and has a K&K pure mini passive piezo pickup professionally installed. There are no structural cracks what so ever on the entire guitar, has normal checking for its nitro finish and year. All original hardware as well. SLIGHT nitro overspray done in the 70s (done by professional luthier) only on the front of body and very small Soundhole fill (spruce). These two things are why this is listed at $3,650 and not $5,000+ This is a great piece and the price is AWESOME because of its NATURAL aging and patina. This guitar has been loved and will hopefully end up in the same type of hands, incredible sounding and playing! If you have any questions you can message me here. Offers accepted and welcome! Comes with a hard shell case.
