Designed with inspiration from the legendary Neumann U47, the f-48 features a K47-style capsule with a dual gold-sputtered membrane and a simplified, minimalist circuit that emphasizes clarity, warmth, and detail.

Unlike many modern FET condensers, the f-48 is manually biased and assembled with high-grade componentsthroughout. Its 7:1 output transformer enhances harmonic richness while keeping transients smooth and controlled. The result is a mic with forward, lively mids, a polished high end, and a musical tone that flatters vocals, acoustic instruments, and overheads alike.

Switchable between cardioid and omni polar patterns via an internal switch, the f-48 is a versatile tool in any studio. It ships in a rugged protective hard case with a dedicated shockmount and is finished in a sleek dark gray powder coat.
