WMD KRAKEN Realtime Snare Synth

WMD KRAKEN: The Ultimate Snare Drum Synthesizer

The WMD KRAKEN is a dedicated snare drum synthesizer designed to push the limits of percussive synthesis. Utilizing a hybrid architecture that blends digital physical modeling with complex FM algorithms, the KRAKEN can generate everything from hyper-realistic acoustic wood snares to futuristic, metallic strikes. With full real-time control over shell resonance and the "snappy" noise section, this is the most versatile snare module ever engineered by WMD.

Key Features:

• Hybrid Synthesis Engine: Merges physical modeling and FM for an expansive sonic palette.

• Shell & Overtone Control: Precise command over the fundamental pitch and shell characteristics.

• Dedicated Snappy Control: Independent noise generation for dialing in the perfect snare wire response.

• Full CV Integration: Every parameter features a CV input for evolving, dynamic rhythmic patterns.

• Velocity Sensitive: Responds organically to trigger intensity for expressive live performances.
