New, hand-made variable speed control for Revox B77 and PR99 recorders.
Connects to the CAPSTAN SPEED connector on your Revox, permitting a variation of the capstan speed by -/+7 semitones when engaged. Combined with the tape dack's speed selector switch, this gives you a range of over 2 octaves.
The large 30 mm collet knob allows you to precisely set the speed you require or simply play with speed deviation.
Attached cable is 1.5 meters long. We have fitted the tough and durable cable with a high quality DIN 4 connector with metal housing.
Die-cast aluminum enclosure with FR4 front panel and thick rubber base. We only use name-brand electronic parts sourced from reputable distributors. The potentiometer track is made out of conductive plastic, with a 10x longer lifetime over standard carbon track potentiometers.
All soldering and assembly is done by hand in France.
